What topics do you typically teach?
My students often come to me when they're just beginning their business all the way through a few years in! They're looking for help with natural posing, personal branding, business foundations, getting set up for success with a CRM, Instagram marketing, website upleveling, client experience revamping, workflows, and so much more. There are no topics off limits, and I'm an open book! If I'm not the right coach to guide you on a topic, I will always refer you to someone who is an expert in what you need!

Can I hire you if I'm out of state?
Oh absolutely!! That's the power of video chats! I've tried so many different educational opportunities over the years, and I find that virtual calls are the easiest for everyone, and the best use of our time! All of my calls (Strategy Calls, 1-on-1 Intensives, & Group Coaching) are virtual, so you can live anywhere and still have me as your coach! I'd love to teach you all I know and share the goodness in a way that let's you stay comfy at home! And yes, I have taught posing virtually! :)

How will I know if we're a good fit?
Such a good question!! I love chatting ahead of time either over email or video call before booking, so we can go over all the important questions and details you will want to know to make sure we are a great fit! I am here to help you and guide you along the way! I want you to get the best experience possible whether you choose to work with me or a trusted friend I can recommend to you!

How many images will I recieve?
Headshot sessions are quick 15 minutes before our in-person shoot! You can anticipate anywhere from 20-30 images!

How does your payment schedule work?
In hopes of alleviating one larger payment for you, the payment schedule is broken down into 2 payments throughout the process. Half of the total cost will act as the retainer (along with your signed contract) in order to reserve your date. The final payment will be due 1 month before the session day. I use an online system called HoneyBook where you will be able to sign the contract electronically and pay online via credit card.

What if we need to reschedule our session due to bad weather?
We can reschedule if weather is really awful, but some of my favorite sessions have been in the rain or snow! Embracing the weather makes for incredible photos; however, if I feel that our equipment is as risk or that I won’t be able to provide you with the best experience, we can definitely look into rescheduling. I usually say under 50% chance of rain/snow, you decide; over 50%, let’s reschedule or switch locations! If you decide to go for it, though, there’s no rescheduling after that! We will just make it work! :)

What should I wear for my photos?
I will be sending you plenty of information to prepare for your session, so don’t you worry! I have blog posts, Pinterest boards, and style guides to help you look and feel amazing! The short answer, though – wear something that is comfortable and your brand style. Sticking to neutrals is usually a good options, but we will be in touch as we start planning your sesh, and I will help you choose your outfits based on the location and time of year we are shooting at!

When is the best time to book my mentoring session?
As soon as you're ready to dive in! Dates get booked far in advance, and I want to be able to get you the guidance you're looking for during this time in your business! We can book a few months in advance if you need a bit more time to prepare, as well!

Who owns the copyright of the images?
Great questions! As the photographer, I will retain the copyright to all my images taken of you at your session; however, you have access to the full final edited gallery and have the ability to download, share, and print the images for personal use!

How do we pick our session location?
I will guide you along with planning a session that best fits your brand! I'll be here to help you find a couple, location, outfits, and props to bring this session to life! I want this to be a truly YOU session that enhances your portfolio and is something you're so proud of in the end!

What is the farthest you will travel?
Seriously, take me anywhere!! Traveling is such a passion of mine, and being able to work with amazing photographers and business owners all over is such a dream. We will figure out the logistics based on the location, so there may be additional travel fees involved.

Do you have insurance?
Yes! I have liability insurance for up to one million dollars and can provide a COI if needed!

Can I pay for a portion of the package after the call/session?
No, I require all payments to be completed before each session, but I am more than willing to work with you on a payment plan if necessary! I’ve already divided your full package into 2 equal payments to alleviate one larger payment. The first payment is due at the time of signing your contract to lock in your date on my calendar and the second/final payment is due one month before your date!
